One of my last projects was to create a fabric embroidered fish. Were we asked to use hand and machine embroidery to create this. I used a mixture of digital transfered prints that I created on photoshop to make some of the scales and embroidered them using the machine. I also used bullion knots, satin stitch and water soluble fabric for the rest of it. I quite enjoyed being able to try out the techniques to create a 3D product.
